Was für herzensgute Menschen! Die Männer der Mr.Steels Dartbar in Bernburg
( www.mrsteelsdartbar.de ) haben, nach den Bemühungen des Besitzers (Patrick Töpfer), seiner Schwester Mandy und allen Beteiligten, ein Benefiz-Turnier für unseren Hundehof "100Hunde" organisiert, und somit eine große Spende von 600,-€ zusammen erwirkt. Für diesen Einsatz wollte ich mich persönlich bei allen bedanken und bin kurzerhand nach Bernburg in Mr.Steels Dartbar gefahren.

What good-hearted people! After the efforts of the owner (Patrick Töpfer), his sister Mandy and all the other participants, the guys from Mr.Steels Dartbar in Bernburg organized a benefit tournament for our dog sanctuary "100Hunde", and thus raised a large donation of €600. I wanted to thank everyone personally for this commitment and went to Mr. Steels Dartbar in Bernburg.

Wir konnten einige persönliche Worte wechseln, ich konnte die Menschen dort ein wenig kennenlernen und es gab auch ein kleines Trainings-Turnier am selben Tag, bei dem ich mitspielen durfte. Der Betreiber der Dartbar, Patrick, hatte vor Ort dann nochmals spontan in die Runde gefragt wer denn nochmal etwas spenden möchte, und innerhalb einer Minute kamen plötzlich weitere 100,-€ spontan dazu.
Wahnsinn!!!
Somit wurden es insgesamt 700,-€ die an Spendengeldern zusammen kamen.
Wie will man sich dafür gebührend bedanken?
Ich weiß es bis heute nicht, aber dafür weiß ich es zu schätzen, WIR wissen diese Aktion zu schätzen, und freuen uns besonders darüber, dass die Männer allesamt ein Herz für Hunde haben, und auch kleineren Projekten etwas Gutes tun möchten. Marcel Schmaler (2. von links auf dem Gruppenbild ganz oben) hat allein über 80,-€ zur Spendenkasse beigetragen.
Das ist ganz groß!!!
Es sollte mehr Menschen geben, die sich für kleinere, wohltätige Projekte einsetzen, allein schon um jeden Einzelnen anzuspornen selber etwas gegen Grausamkeiten in dieser Welt zu unternehmen.
Große Organisationen nehmen oft das schlechte Gewissen ab, müssen aber auch Gelder in die Selbsterhaltung stecken, wodurch nicht wirklich alle Gelder direkt dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.
Es ist immernoch möglich etwas Gutes zu tun, selbst als kleiner Mann aus der großen Masse. Es kostet viel Mühe, aber wenn es einfach wäre, dann müssten wir nicht tun was wir tun.

We were able to have a personal chat, I was able to get to know the people there a little and there was also a small training tournament on the same day in which I was allowed to play. The owner of the dart bar, Patrick, then spontaneously asked the group who else would like to donate something, and within a minute another 100,-€ suddenly came spontaneously. Awesome!!! Thus, a total of €700 in donations was raised.
How do you want to say thank you for that?
I still don't know to this day, but I appreciate it, WE appreciate this campaign and are particularly pleased that all these guys have a heart for dogs and also want to support smaller projects. Marcel Schmaler (2nd from left in the group photo at the top) alone contributed more than €80 to the fundraiser.

There should be more people who are committed to smaller, charitable projects, if only to encourage each individual to do something themselves against cruelty in this world.
Large organizations often relieve the guilty conscience, but also have to invest funds in self-support, which means that not all funds really go directly to where they are needed.
It is still possible to do something good, even as a small man in a huge crowd. It takes a lot of effort but if it would be easy, we wouldn´t need to do what we do.

Um Spenden in kleine oder gar private Projekte wie unseres zu stecken braucht es natürlich viel Vertrauen, das haben uns die Männer aus Mr.Steels Dartbar einfach geschenkt! Dafür meinen, unseren, größten Respekt nochmal und ein riesen Dankeschön an alle Beteiligten des Benefiz-Turniers!!!
Wir müssen und wollen uns an dieser Stelle aber auch an alle anderen Unterstützer wenden und uns bedanken!!!
Es gibt einige Menschen da draußen die uns dauerhaft unterstützen und uns immer wieder Mut machen, wenn dieser uns manchmal durch negative Ereignisse genommen wird.
Es stimmt, dass viele einzelne Menschen zusammen etwas Großes bewirken können, und ein paar dieser Menschen durften wir schon kennenlernen.

In order to put donations into small or even private projects like ours, you need a lot of trust, of course, and the guys from Mr.Steels Dartbar simply gave us that! For that you all have our biggest respect, a huge thank you to everyone involved in the benefit tournament!!! We must and want to turn to all other supporters at this point and say thank you all!!!
There are some people out there who support us permanently and always encourage us when our courage is sometimes taken away from us by negative events. It's true that many individuals together can make a big difference, and we've had the privilege of meeting a few of those individuals.
